Are you an Occupational Therapist who wants to make a difference in your community?  Do you want to offer compassionate individualized care to your patients?  Would you like to spend a few extra valuable minutes for that special patient?

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is looking to ad a Per Diem Occupational Therapist to it's valuable Grays Harbor therapy team.  This individual is responsible for working closely with our healthcare clinicians to provide excellent quality patient care.  This position give the clinician the opportunity to create that perfect individualized plan of care and assure it's delivery.  Offers autonomy and a team environment.

Requires a WA state Occupational Therapy license, current drivers license, and dependable insured vehicle.  Experience in geriatrics preferred.

Compensation: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
